The CE principle

The CE principle provides the basis for personal and corporate success

The CE principle deals with the causes of the "behaviour" (= effect), namely our intentions and mindsets (= cause)!!, this being the opposite pole to the content of most Seminars, training courses and methods in the fields of sales, HR management, corporate culture, staff motivation, managerial behaviour etc.,

Seminar topics such as “active listening”, the “yes” question highway, piecemeal tactics, APO method, “how to sell right” or “correct handling of complaints” become superfluous once we acknowledge the correlations between mindsets and behaviour (cause and effect).

The CE principle offers an optimum scenario in which people can personally maintain control of their success in their private, professional or corporate lives. At the same time, it establishes a basis on which people can analyse their own successes and failures.

The History of the CE principle describes in a droll and amusing way a confrontation with the “cause of all communication problems", the paradigm:

Right and wrong
