A commitment = an obligation, which comes from an internal conviction, helps people to identify with the content of their role. We had found what we were looking for.

 

The CE principle

The CE principle conveys some fundamental things.

It contains the two natural human paradigms.

It contains the chain from intention (cause) to behaviour (effect).

It contains an intention-orientated mindset.

It contains the consequences for the business inherent in the paradigm of compulsion.

It contains two business calibration points as neutral measuring parameters.

It contains role definitions, the quality of which eliminates the paradigm of compulsion .

It contains the characteristics of success and failure.

It contains criteria for meeting preparation, the meeting itself and the meeting analysis.

It contains solutions for all communicative problems and desired changes.

Basic knowledge of the CE principle offers people the opportunity of learning a new mindset, and is directed at the two calibration points of the business and their own roles. In this way, an employee’s personal goals can coincide with the corporate goals. The effects desired by the company, such as motivation, creativity, individuality, commitment etc. are an automatic side-effect.
