2. Imperatorial perspective - CE-principle

The person adopting an imperatorial perspective (right/wrong thinking) accepts in another person what he subjectively considers to be right, so that no problem arises. He will try and change in the other person anything he subjectively considers to be wrong, because he experiences wrong as a problem. If the other “emperor” (right/wrong thinker) is unable to share his perspective, he tries to implement a change.

In the corporate world, in which hierarchical structures exist, the “survival of the fittest” principle applies. If the “underdog” is unable to assert himself, he moves into the “fog” and behaves as if he shared the perspective of “fittest”. In reality, the perspectives of “fittest” and “underdog” remain unchanged, and everyone acts accordingly. The behaviour of the “underdog” simply becomes so “foggy” that it is no longer obvious to the hierarchical “emperor”. As far as the business is concerned, this means:
“Wrong information and consequently a poor decision-making basis”.

The CE principle contains the opposite pole of this “fog game”. Using the opposite pole creates open communication, the right information and the best possible decision-making basis.
