Anyone wishing to measure and assess objectively needs a standard
The neutral business standard

Optimum medical provision and business aspects
In order to be in a position of apply the standard as accurately as possible, the roles of all employees must be defined and must be derived from the two calibration points or the most important role within the medical practice.
Role definition, medical practice:
The patient must be offered the benefit he seeks from:
a) diagnosis and therapy
b) personal service
c) the service of the practice
All other roles should be derived from this role definition:
